Our adventure beginning in 2001, when we decided to take in management this activity in the middle age
village of Certaldo.
Seen that we mainly work with tourists, since the beginning of our work we thought to concentrate our
efforts on coffee and similar so that a breakfast or a simple coffee can be something very special.
With the time, with the help of the specialization courses that we have attended and tanks to our fantasy,
we have created our specialties like: 
GREEDY COFFEE (caffè ghiotto),
BOCCACCIO CAPPUCCINO, CAPPUCCINO WITH THE COBWEB (cappuccino con la ragnatela) and many other creations
that can change a coffee break or a breakfast into a nice appointment with our clients and the foreign guests.
An important help coming from the "LA TOSTERIA" roasting, 
that is our supplier not only for coffee,
but also for a wide selection of infusions and leaf tea that have become another characteristic of our bar.
At the same time we work also in the organization of appetizers and refreshments for weddings and
other ceremonies, with different proposals according to the demands of the our guest and besides we
have known affirm agencies that work with the foreign countries too.
